A Word From Our Pastor

Greetings in the name of Christ! First off I want to thank you for an amazing month of service at CUMC! Even amid all of the snow and hard weather your tireless work efforts really impacted others. With the housing of Shalom, Children’s and Youth Ministry events, and the beginning of Lent -- these are just a few of the many ways that you continually give of yourselves and it’s so inspiring to see.
Lent is in full swing now as we’ve passed Ash Wednesday, and soon it will be time for the Church Cantata on Palm Sunday and Easter! I hope during this season of searching that you reflect upon all the ways that God is calling you. We are going to go a little deeper with this idea as we look at how Jesus Is Calling each of us. I hope that you’ll join us in worship as you are able, and don’t forget that if you miss a Sunday, each week’s message is available on the website, usually within a few days to a week. A huge thanks to our Sound and Website folks who make sure that those ministries are accomplished!
As we walk toward Easter, may you see, hear and experience all of the mercy, grace and peace that God offers to us in Jesus Christ!
